Bodyweight Bootcamp

This class offers a full body, high intensity workout that helps to develop strength, power, coordination, and cardiovascular health through a series of body weight exercises.  We will keep you on your toes with a mixture of AMRAP, Tabata and Circuit training.

AMRAP is as many reps as possible.  Students complete as many reps as possible of a move, in a set amount of time.

Tabata is a high intensity workout with timed intervals and short recovery times.

Circuit training consists of a consecutive series of timed exercises performed one after the other with longer rest in between.
